Zachry Godfrey is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor who has built a career on merging faith-driven purpose with strategic business growth. As the founder of TripleRoot, a fintech and integrated payments company, Godfrey has developed a reputation for designing business models that not only drive profitability but also reflect Kingdom-minded values. He shared his insights on how businesses can align their operations with a higher purpose. While also maintaining a competitive advantage in fast-moving industries like fintech, SaaS, and integrated payments. “I’m not just building companies to generate revenue. I’m building platforms that can advance kingdom impact,” says Godfrey. “That’s the heart behind everything I do.”

Balancing Faith and Business Strategy

For Godfrey, integrating faith into business isn’t just an abstract idea; it’s a guiding principle for making strategic decisions. “A kingdom-focused business model starts with stewardship. It’s not just about maximizing profit, it’s about maximizing impact,” he explained. This philosophy influences how he approaches growth and investment. Godfrey shared that while increasing brand awareness and expanding market presence for Triple Root is essential, his ultimate goal is to create something that draws people into a values-driven community. “I’m not necessarily looking for a whole bunch of different speaking engagements or personal publicity,” says Godfrey. “My focus is on building the TripleRoot family and creating an ecosystem that serves both customers and kingdom purposes.”

Building for Long-Term Impact

Godfrey has decades of experience building companies that grow rapidly and profitably. However, his approach is far from traditional. “In the integrated payment industry and fintech world, I build up portfolios on a large basis,” he explains. “Once the credit card processing volume grows to a certain monthly level, I can often exit with significant multiples. Sometimes, up to 40 times from the banks when they buy out my portfolios.

This exit strategy is intentional, allowing him to reallocate resources and energy into launching new ventures that can advance his mission. “It’s not about the exit for exit’s sake,” says Godfrey. “It’s about creating sustainable engines of impact that I can replicate and scale.”

Corporate Strategy Meets Kingdom Vision

Currently, Godfrey is balancing several high-level roles, sitting on advisory boards, and leading the full-scale relaunch of TripleRoot. Despite the demands of managing multiple projects, he remains focused on driving corporate strategies that are founded on integrity, purpose, and faith. “Being able to balance corporate strategies and kingdom purpose is where I thrive,” Godfrey explained. He credits his ability to navigate complex industries to a strong strategic framework rooted in both data and discernment. “Data gives you the insights, but discernment gives you direction,” he noted. “Without both, your strategy will always fall short.”

Creating Brand Ecosystems with Meaning

For Godfrey, brand awareness is about more than visibility, it’s also about authenticity and alignment with core values. “We want to increase market space and presence within social media and web areas to bring credibility,” he explained. “But more importantly, it’s about how we are driving customers into the TripleRoot family into something that feels like a community, not just a service.”

This customer-first approach positions TripleRoot not merely as a fintech company but as a platform for connection with a lasting impact. “Branding isn’t just a logo or a tagline,” says Godfrey. “It’s the story you’re telling every day through your actions and your service.”

A Vision Beyond Business

His strategic acumen, paired with his deep commitment to faith-driven leadership, makes Godfrey a compelling voice in the world of fintech and entrepreneurship. “At the end of the day, I’m building more than companies — I’m building legacy platforms that can serve people and advance the Kingdom,” says Godfrey. Whether scaling companies, advising corporate boards, or relaunching TripleRoot, his vision remains clear: build with purpose, lead with integrity, and always keep the bigger mission in view.
